Holiday home including wellness at Kreischberg (Steiermark, Austria)

This luxurious non-smoking, timber Chalet, lies at the foot of the ski-lifts and ski slope in the fantastic ski area Kreischberg.  The attractive new holiday home has been furnished with much love to detail and was completed in autumn 2015 ideally to enjoy your well deserved vacation.


The 2 bedroomed wooden house (5 beds) includes a guest WC, one bathroom with a whirlpool and an infrared sauna.  On the ground floor you will find the open plan kitchen, dining room and lounge including a gas stove for a comfortable atmosphere in the evenings.  From the living room it is possible to reach the outdoor terrace and the garden.

The ski lift is situated 150m from the Chalet and the cross-country ski run lies within the vicinity.  Regardless of which season everything is in walking distance.  The historical city Murau and the golf range Murau Kreischberg is reachable by car within 5 minutes.

Cleaning on departure: Compulsory: € 140,--
Visitors tax: € 2,50 p.p. over 15yrs of age and per day
Bedding and towels: € 14,90 p.p. compulsory to rent
Inclusive: electricity, gas and high speed WiFi, water.

Cancellation fees:

More than 60 days prior arrival date – no charge.
59 days - 30 days prior arrival date – 70% of vacation value.
29 days – 7 days prior arrival date – 90% of vacation value.
From 6 days - to arrival date the full travel price applies.
100% of the travel price will also be charged in case of none arrirval.


Important information:

Road tax disc (vignette) :
in Austria compulsory for the Autobahn
Vignettes are available at border posts or at petrol stations
Some road stretches are charged additionally.
In Austria winter tyres are compulsory : 01.11 – 15.04
Non skid chains might be required additionally to winter tyre.
